A Word from Headmaster Keith Phillips...
Welcome to Schaeffer Academy online. Schaeffer Academy is a K-12, independent, Christian, classical school in Rochester, Minnesota. It was founded in 1993, and by God's grace, it has developed into a wonderful school. As you browse our website, I hope it is clear that, for God's glory, we are committed to:
- Academic Excellence. We believe that Christ is truth, and academic excellence in pursuit of truth is important. At Schaeffer Academy we give students the tools for lifelong learning, and our classical approach produces outstanding results.
- Artistic Appreciation . We believe that God created beauty, and we who bear his image should appreciate and create beauty too. For that reason, visual, musical and language arts are an integral part of our curriculum.
- Character and Community. We believe that Christian character and community are important. Our faculty, parents and students work in community to teach and learn Christian character.

During most of the school year tours are given at 8:30 am on Wednesdays. During the summer these tours are offered at 9:30 am from June 13 through August 8, excepting for July 4. Check the school calendar>> if you want to know about a specific date.
