Parent volunteers are involved in almost every area of school life. They help in the classroom, chaperone on field trips, coach sports, and serve on the Board of Directors. Our use of volunteers allows parents to stay involved with the school.
To become part of the Schaeffer Volunteer Network, all you have to do is fill out the volunteer form (sent once per year in September) and return it to the school office. If you wish to volunteer to help at a specific event, such as concerts, Grandparent Day, Back to School picnic, etc., contact Gretchen Steer in the school office: 286-1050.
