Student Uniforms
As a Christian school, Schaeffer Academy requires modest attire because the Bible teaches the importance of modesty in dress.  We endeavor to teach such modesty by requiring our students to wear uniforms.  We do this with a uniform, rather than a dress code, for the following reasons:
  • We want to give Schaeffer Academy a distinct and visible identity and enhance the school's image in our community.
  • We desire to instill student pride in their school
  • We seek to eliminate clothes-related peer pressure and its expense
  • We want student dress to be easy to manage for parents, students and school staff
  • We know that research demonstrates students who wear uniforms perform better in behavior and academics.
