• pay a participation fee (see individual sport pages for more information)
• have completed the Schaeffer Academy Athletic Participation Form for 2012-13.  To download, click here>>
• have no outstanding uniform or equipment returns from previous seasons
• have a current sports physical on file with the school nurse's office.  The MSHSL Preparticipation Sports Clearance Exam form can be found here>>.
• be in good academic standing
• have completed all these requirements before the first scheduled practice in order to participate.  Upon completion, the student will receive an athletic participation card which must be given to the coach prior to starting practice.
