Schaeffer Academy currently seeks applicants for teaching math in grades 7-12.  Specific subjects include Pre-calculus, Algebra I, Algebra II and Pre-algebra.  The position can be filled as part or fulltime, and begins fall 2010.  Candidates should agree with Schaeffer Academy ’s statements of faith and purpose (see http://www.schaefferacademy.org/statement_of_faith.html)  and understand that all subjects are presented with a Christian worldview, using classical methodology.  Candidates should be degreed in math or math education; master’s degree preferred, along with some experience in high school or college level math teaching.  Send applications as soon as possible to Katherine Schultz, Associate Headmaster (schultz.katherine@schaefferacademy.org) or call the school at 507-286-1050.  Salary is both competitive and negotiable.
