On November 18 and 19, Schaeffer Academy Drama  performed an adaptation of Taylor Caldwell's Dear and Glorious Physician, a story of Luke, the New Testament physician and author of Luke and Acts. The play concerned Luke's crisis of faith as he grapples with the death of the woman he loves.

 

The play was directed by Mr. Jim Kluth, with a cast of 28 students in grades 7-12.
