Schaeffer Academy's Board of Directors is the governing body for the school. Our Headmaster is responsible for all the day to operations and reports to the Board of Directors, who oversee his work and help ensure that the school remains philosophically committed to Christian and classical education. Four of the seven Board seats are permanent, allowing for philosophical continuity, while three are elected positions lasting three years.
The Board of Directors are volunteers, all of whom are present or former school parents. They meet monthly. The agenda for each meeting is published on the bulletin board outside the school office.
